REGRESSION ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF ECONOMIC FACTORS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE INDUSTRIES IN UKRAINE
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the influence of innovativeness and export on the development of creative industries in Ukraine, in particular, their influence on gross value added (GVA) is studied. With the help of regression analysis, a model was built that demonstrates that an increase in the export of creative goods and services has a positive effect on the GVA of creative industries. At the same time, an increase in the global index of innovativeness in the short term may be accompanied by a certain decrease in GDP, which indicates the need for time to fully reveal the potential of innovative solutions. The results of the study show that export is the most influential factor for the growth of creative industries in Ukraine. The increase in exports of creative industries leads to an increase in GVA, which emphasizes the importance of supporting export activities at the state level. However, the innovation climate needs additional investment and time in order to make a significant contribution to the development of the economy. Based on the obtained results, the article offers recommendations for increasing the efficiency of the development of creative industries in Ukraine. Among them are support for exports through tax incentives and subsidies, investment in infrastructure aimed at the development of creative sectors, as well as the development of education programs that will promote the implementation of innovative solutions. The conclusions emphasize that creating favorable conditions for innovative activities and supporting the export of creative goods and services are key factors for ensuring sustainable economic growth of creative industries in Ukraine. Implementation of the proposed measures will help increase the country's competitiveness at the international level and stimulate long-term development of the sector.
