THE PRINCIPLES OF CREATING AN ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF SECURITY ACTIVITIES OF A COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISE
Abstract
The current action of a short-term factor in the form of military actions and a long-term one, which is realized due to the increase in the share of electronic commerce, has a significant impact on the functioning of every commercial enterprise. Survival is largely determined by the ability to conduct security activities, which is impossible without clear organization and resource provision. The study is aimed at the study of the existing development regarding the nature of the organizational and economic mechanism, followed by the justification of the author's position regarding the construction and effective application of this type of economic mechanism as a component of the security management system of the trading enterprise. In order to form the theoretical foundations of building an organizational and economic mechanism for managing the security activities of a trading enterprise, the following methods were applied: induction and deduction, comparison and systematization — in the study of the essential characteristics of the term "organizational and economic mechanism"; synthesis and analysis — to clarify the parameters of the organizational and economic mechanism as a component of the security activity management system of the enterprise; morphological analysis — to consider the phasing of construction and ensuring the effectiveness of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the security activities of a trading enterprise; graphic — for visual representation of theoretical and methodical material; abstract-logical — for theoretical generalizations and research conclusions. It is proposed to consider the organizational and economic mechanism of managing the security activities of a trading enterprise as a combination on a permanent basis of a set of methods, methods, forms and tools relevant at a certain point in time in order to influence the organizational and economic component of the system of managing the security activities of a trading enterprise, in accordance with the changing trends of internal and external factors in order to maintain economic security at the level necessary for the development and realization of economic interests by preventing the occurrence, counteraction/adaptation and elimination of destabilizing factors and promoting the full use of market opportunities. It is substantiated that the creation and maintenance of the effectiveness of the organizational and economic mechanism makes it possible to build a clear organizational hierarchy in the development and implementation of security measures, which, in combination with economic methods, ensures the effectiveness of the management influence on internal and external security objects. The stages of building an organizational and economic mechanism for managing security activities of a trade enterprise with the establishment of factors, requirements, principles and functions at the design stage are considered. The formation stage allows you to take into account the specialization and specifics of the trade activity, and the functioning stage - the procedure of applying the most appropriate methods, methods, forms and tools at a certain point in time.
