DIRECTIONS OF THE MILITARY LOGISTICS' DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE STATE OF WAR AS A FACTOR OF ITS ECONOMIC SECURITY
Abstract
In the conditions of a military conflict, special attention needs to be paid to the transformation of the military logistics system in Ukraine for the operational provision of troops with the necessary resources, the execution of military tasks and preservation of the country's economic security. The purpose of the study is to determine the directions of development of the military logistics system in Ukraine in the conditions of a military conflict to ensure the economic security and integrity of the country. Method or methodology of the work.The theoretical basis of the article was the work of leading domestic researchers who analyze the problematic aspects of process optimization in military logistics. The method of comparative analysis of scientists' works and synthesis were used in the study. Results of the study. In the process of research, problematic aspects that hinder the work of domestic military logistics were outlined and the directions of its development in the conditions of a military conflict were determined. In the article among the main directions of the development of the military logistics system in Ukraine in the conditions of the military conflict, were identified: use of digital technologies; increasing the level of staff training; standardization and unification of processes; cooperation and partnership. The development of these directions will contribute to the creation of a powerful and effective system of Ukrainian military logistics, which will be ready to effectively respond to the needs and challenges of the modern military environment. Scope of practical application of the results. The results obtained during the research have high theoretical and practical value and can be used in military logistics to provide conceptual foundations for its development. Conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded, that military logistics is a dynamic process, and the use of an integrated approach to improve its methods and processes is imperative. And the development of military logistics in the conditions of the military conflict in Ukraine takes place in the direction of improvement and modernization of resource management systems, optimization of logistics processes and ensuring their maximum efficiency in the conditions of war.
