MODERN ERP TECHNOLOGIES ARE AN EFFECTIVE COMPONENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS OF ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the practical results of the implementation of one of the most popular today's systems for automating the information support of enterprise management - the ERP system. There is a need to study modern trends in the development of the business process management system, namely the study of the functioning of modern digital ERP products and the possibility of their implementation into a modern management system of organizations. The purpose of the study is to familiarize with the latest ERP technologies, identify the main advantages and disadvantages of their implementation in the organization's management system. It was investigated that the most popular technological products of business digitization are: BAS ERP, Juice, "Galaxy ERP", Siteline, "Sail ERP", Oracle E-Business Suite, Microsoft Dynamics AX, DelloPro. It was analyzed that the majority of domestic enterprises implement ERP products, which is an integrated program for the unity of the company's management system. ERP has all the resources, departments and functions that are needed for the operation and management of the organization, that is, it is an enterprise automation system that provides a digital, integrated display of all processes in the company - production, procurement, financing, sales and HR, etc. This is a product that helps automate all organizational processes and monitor their work from anywhere in the world. The main functions of the ERP system for organizations and the advantages of its implementation are described.Attention is drawn to the fact that the introduction of such systems into the activities of enterprises requires significant costs of both financial and labor resources, in connection with which the main technical, functional and organizational advantages and disadvantages of the introduction of these systems at enterprises are analyzed. It is justified that the implementation of the ERP system should unite all areas, divisions, departments, branches, retail trade, production in a single database of the organization, provide all personnel and management with a single up-to-date information that will help make effective decisions. In general, ERP systems perform a number of important functions for business: from managing finances and material assets to HR management and supporting strategic planning of the company's development. With the implementation of ERP technologies, organizations receive a ready-made set of digital tools that, in automation mode, connect all operational processes, which are synchronized, easily tracked, and complex tasks are performed automatically.
