Abstract

In the context of constantly increasing instability and conflicts, enterprises are forced to be prepared to face challenges and threats that require a prompt and effective response. Untimely reactions or ineffective decisions may hinder the functioning of the enterprise, and there may also be a risk of losing its stability and competitiveness. The purpose of this article is to study and analyze strategies aimed at adapting to conditions of military conflict. To achieve this, it is necessary to identify potential threats, as well as approaches and recommendations for adapting business strategy to new conditions. This article discusses business adaptation strategies capable of ensuring its resilience and successful operation in uncertain circumstances. The definition of strategic enterprise management is provided. The importance of reviewing the enterprise's business strategy at the onset of hostilities is determined. The main threats facing enterprises under these conditions are analyzed. The importance of adaptation to wartime conditions is substantiated. Various strategies for adapting to new conditions, which enterprises can use to ensure safety, stability, and successful operation, are discussed. It is proven that successful adaptation to wartime conditions requires considering all external and internal influencing factors and necessitates changes to the enterprise's business strategy. Further research on this topic can significantly facilitate the process of enterprise adaptation to wartime conditions. Developing an adaptation strategy in times of war will enable the enterprise to effectively respond to unforeseen situations, reduce risks, and maintain stability. The research will also provide practical advice on resource utilization, the development of alternative suppliers and markets, as well as relocation, which will help the enterprise maintain efficiency and competitiveness even in the most challenging circumstances.
