IMPLEMENTATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE COMPANY'S BUSINESS ACTIVITIES
Abstract
In the article, the current issues of artificial intelligence research are devoted. Modern tools of artificial intelligence, which are used in the activities of companies, are analyzed. The level of implementation of artificial intelligence in business processes of different countries is indicated. The positive aspects of the implementation of artificial intelligence in the activities of companies have been identified. Areas of business are the most advanced use of artificial intelligence are considered. The most common ways of using artificial intelligence in world business are given. Examples of both successful and unsuccessful use of artificial intelligence in the companies’ activities are noted. The peculiarities of the implementation of artificial intelligence tools in the activities of companies are considered. One of the possible variants of the process of introducing artificial intelligence into the activities of enterprises is proposed. Five stages that can help in the successful implementation of artificial intelligence in the company's business activities are proposed. At the first stage, it is necessary to establish the goals of introducing artificial intelligence into the company's activities. The goals must be clear, precise, relevant and correspond to the general concept of the enterprise. The second stage takes place in the technical support of the introduction of artificial intelligence. At this stage, it is necessary to think over all the features of the application of certain technologies and ensure their smooth functioning. The third stage is the selection of personnel suitable for work with artificial intelligence. Personnel must be specially trained to work with artificial intelligence and have the necessary skills. The fourth stage involves the implementation of artificial intelligence in the company's activities. At this stage, it is important to understand all the existing risks that may arise during the implementation process and develop a special plan of measures to avoid or minimize any negative impact from the side of artificial intelligence. The last stage of the process of introducing artificial intelligence into the business activities of companies is monitoring the effectiveness of artificial intelligence.
