STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF TRANSPORT LOGISTICS OF CONFESSIONAL ENTERPRISES
Abstract
This article examines the peculiarities of strategic management of transport logistics at confectionery enterprises of Ukraine. The current state of the confectionery market was analyzed, in particular, an analysis of the volume of products produced by various categories was carried out, and the main representatives and leaders of confectionery activity were identified: "Roshen Confectionery Corporation", "AVK Confectionery", "Svitoch", "Mondelize Ukraine", "Mir Chocolate Company", "Kyiv-Conti". Some companies are included in the Candy Industry 2022 rating. It was found that 833 enterprises are operating today. It was found out that confectionery products are usually transported by road transport, and the advantages and disadvantages of using this type of transport were revealed. During the analysis, it is clear that the transport logistics of the enterprise is connected and interacts with the life cycle of all sections of the enterprise, that is, the movement from production to the sale of finished products. The main task of transport logistics is also analyzed, which consists in high-quality and timely transportation of finished products from the manufacturer to the consumer in the required quantity. It has been established that transport and logistics management consists in the orderly management and coordination of all processes that include the movement of goods, materials and other resources from their place of manufacture or supply to the place of consumption or storage. Obstacles in the enterprise's transport logistics management, as well as key performance indicators of strategic transport logistics management, were directly analyzed. The main components of the traffic flow management system are presented. For the effective management of the transport logistics of the enterprise, a developed algorithmic model is presented, which demonstrates methods of solving problematic aspects of the activity of confectionery enterprises. The elements of the strategic directions of transport logistics management, which are recommended to confectionery enterprises, were also analyzed.
