HR-MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE: CHALLENGES AND REALITIES OF TODAY
Abstract
The article highlights the peculiarities of HR-management of an enterprise based on the realities and challenges of today. It is established that HR-management is a human resource management system that combines human resources and information technology through appropriate software. The HR-management functions of the enterprise are highlighted. The tasks assigned to the HR-manager of an enterprise are defined. The article highlights the practical aspect of the research, which characterizes the identification of key trends in the development of the labor market under martial law and related changes in personnel policy. The article identifies the skills that modern HR-managers have acquired based on the current challenges and realities of today. The article highlights the tasks that HR-managers should adhere to in order to create a secure situation at the enterprise. It has been found that an important responsibility of a modern HR-manager is to create and manage programs that improve workplace efficiency and employer-employee relations. It is revealed that the main task of HR-management of an enterprise today is to understand the selection and motivation of personnel, including the ability to train personnel to work in a team and control the teamwork of personnel. It is established that HR-management of an enterprise involves training of employees. The role of HR-managers under martial law is characterized. It has been established that the experience of remote control of enterprise personnel during wartime can be crucial for ensuring the efficiency and safety of employees. It has been determined that the introduction of HR-management at an enterprise in the conditions of war will provide a number of advantages that will positively affect the increase in productivity. The analysis of the peculiarities of HR-management of an enterprise allows us to note the key role of implementation of this type of management at an enterprise in crisis situations, especially under martial law, since the correct application will make it possible to increase the productivity of personnel and, in the long run, the efficiency of the enterprise as a whole.
