IMPROVING THE EMPLOYEE ADAPTATION SYSTEM IN THE CONTEXT OF DEVELOPING THE PERSONNEL POTENTIAL OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article examines proposals for improving the system of employee adaptation in the context of the development of the company’s personnel potential. It was established that the professional development of the company’s personnel plays an important role in this process. The system of needs for the professional development of the company’s personnel has been determined. Tasks of professional development of personnel are concrete measures with the help of which employees and the enterprise will achieve the goals of professional development. These tasks are applied in nature and cannot be formulated abstractly, i.e. outside the enterprise at a specific time. It is proposed to use a comprehensive approach to managing the professional development of the company’s personnel, applying the basic principles and tools of each of the above areas. It is appropriate to highlight the following main approaches to the organization of management of professional development of personnel at the enterprise: economic, sociological-managerial, psychological and organic. It has been proven that from the point of view of the methodology of implementing a comprehensive approach to the management of professional development of the company’s personnel, attention should be paid to the training of employees. The training system can be implemented both by the company’s own forces and with the involvement of qualified external specialists and consulting companies. The solution to this issue should be determined by the goals and content of the training program, and even financial capabilities, that is, the budget of the enterprise, which was allocated for the needs of personnel training. The structure of the goals and tasks of personnel training was considered, the advantages and disadvantages of «internal» and «external» training of employees in the concept of professional development of personnel were identified. In order to obtain the greatest effect, professional development of personnel in terms of improving the personnel potential of the enterprise must be organized comprehensively, that is, it is necessary to involve all employees of the enterprise, but at the same time be individualized and differentiated according to individual groups of employees.
