CHALLENGES FOR UKRAINE'S ENTERPRICES IN THE CONDITIONS OF WAR WITH RUSSIA

Abstract

The article is devoted to topical and urgent issues of the functioning of domestic enterprises in the conditions of a full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine. The problems of entrepreneurial activity are considered, taking into account the factors that affect the activity of enterprises in the conditions of war. The most problematic consequences of the state of war in Ukraine for the domestic and world economy are characterized, which are related to logistical, financial and food consequences, in particular, the role of Ukraine in ensuring food security in the world. Measures implemented by the state aimed at supporting domestic business are presented, including changes in taxation and business relocation programs. The article emphasizes the need to preserve the territorial integrity of Ukraine in order to restore the economy and rebuild the infrastructure as soon as possible. The purpose of the article is to establish the factors that affect the work of domestic enterprises in the conditions of a full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, as well as the study of opportunities and measures to preserve business in the conditions of martial law. The relevance of gender lies in the fact that the full-scale war did not affect all sectors of the Ukrainian economy. This most affected the production sector, which is the main source of replenishment of the country's budget, which is why it is necessary to investigate the problems of the functioning of enterprises in wartime conditions. The war caused catastrophic changes in the economic activity of Ukraine, which will have consequences for the world economy as well. Ukraine's economic losses are colossal, post-war infrastructure recovery will require time, new solutions and sources. The state stimulates entrepreneurial activity through a system of benefits, loans and assistance in the relocation of enterprises. That is why the main priority is the preservation of the territorial integrity of Ukraine with established economic ties, as well as the preservation of the existing economic potential with its further restoration and expansion.
