ANALYTICAL ASPECT OF INCREASING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE HOTEL COMPANY AS ONE OF THE CONDITIONS OF EUROINTEGRATION

Abstract

The paper examines scientific and methodical approaches to highlighting problems of an analytical nature in terms of increasing the competitiveness of hotel industry enterprises in the conditions of European integration. In recent years, the number of hotels in the country has been increasing, which leads to fierce competition in the market of hotel services. We note that competition is a serious incentive for improving the quality of hotel work, which is one of the conditions of the European direction of development. This circumstance explains the need for appropriate changes in the system and methods of hotel management, regardless of their size and the class of services provided. It should be noted that in each area of the hotel's activity (service, management, financial management, marketing, personnel potential, quality of services, etc.) there are certain competitive advantages, that is, reserves for increasing competitiveness. quality of service, to look for methods of price reduction, thereby increasing the competitiveness of the hotel enterprise. Along with this, it is stated that the hotel's competitiveness is influenced by many factors that determine its ability to operate in the current financial, economic and political conditions. Management of the hotel's competitiveness involves a set of measures to systematically improve services, constantly search for new types of advertising, new groups of potential customers, and improve service. The formation of competitive advantages means the provision of services of higher quality compared to competitors.An important indicator of the quality of hotel service is the quality of service, the level of which can be achieved by the collective efforts of employees of all hotel services, as well as effective control and coordination systems on the part of the hotel administration, the study and implementation of innovative technologies, the expansion of the list of offered services, as well as the improvement of the quality of accommodation services . The following should be recommended for the research enterprise: a project to increase the competitiveness of the services of PJSC "Ternopil-hotel" by means of improving the qualifications of personnel and developing a competitive.
