СВІТОВИЙ ДОСВІД ПОВОЄННОГО ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО ВІДНОВЛЕННЯ ТЕРИТОРІЙ
Анотація
Мотивацією війни завжди стають економічні міркування, війною керують за допомогою економіки, економічні фактори чинять вагомий вплив на результат конфлікту, і, звісно, війна має глибокі та стійкі економічні наслідки. Стаття присвячена питанням повоєнного економічного відновлення. Перемога після Другої світової війни в Європі поклала край безпрецедентним руйнуванням і жертвам. Наступна чверть століття також відома як найвидатніший період економічного зростання та соціального прогресу в Європі, і цей парадокс можна пояснити трьома факторами: міцні основи економічного відновлення, принаймні в Західній Європі; План Маршалла забезпечив життєво важливу підтримку для реконструкції європейської торгівлі та співробітництва; а відродження німецької економіки підтримували союзники, на відміну від періоду Першої світової війни.
