DEVELOPMENT OF THE CLASSIFICATION OF VARIETIES OF BANK LENDING TO INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The aim of the study is to develop the classification of varieties of bank lending to industrial enterprises, in particular, by introducing new classification features. The task is all the more relevant because the role and importance of bank lending for modern industrial entrepreneurship is significant. Today, bank lending remains the most widespread type of lending, occupying a special role in the financial maintenance of activities of enterprises in various sectors of the economy. The problem of building of competitive and economically developed industrial sector in Ukraine is one of strategic directions of national economy development. It becomes especially acute in connection with the military invasion of the sovereign territory of Ukraine, as the situation requires an accelerated solution to a number of economic issues associated with Euro-Atlantic integration. The traditional method of solving the problems of industrial enterprises development is bank lending, which today requires effective measures for its intensification. Intensification of bank lending to industry at the present stage is impossible without taking specific measures to bring the domestic banking sector closer to Western standards of banking business in the field of industrial finance. With this in mind, it is important to deepen the theoretical foundations of bank lending to industrial enterprises, in particular, in terms of developing and improving the classification of the varieties of bank lending to industrial enterprises. In the article the basic approaches to classification of varieties of lending to industrial enterprises and classification attributes of lending to industrial business in foreign scientific sources are considered. Analyzed the classification features of bank lending to business subjects in the domestic scientific literature and found that the classification of varieties of bank lending to industrial enterprises requires development and improvement. Proposed new, clarifying features of the classification of the varieties of bank lending of industrial enterprises, taking into account the specifics of industrial enterprises, and, based on them, developed the classification of the varieties of bank lending industry.
