СУЧАСНІ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНІ ТА АВТОМАТИЗАЦІЙНІ РІШЕННЯ ПРИ ПРОЕКТУВАННІ ГОТЕЛЬНИХ НОМЕРІВ ЗА ТЕХНОЛОГІЄЮ SMART HOME
Анотація
Стаття присвячена аналізу актуальних тенденцій розвитку сучасного готельного бізнесу, який швидко адаптується до цифрових технологій. Зростання очікувань гостей щодо персоналізованого обслуговування, високого рівня комфорту, безконтактних сервісів та енергоефективності стимулює впровадження інноваційних рішень. Особливу увагу приділено інтеграції розумних технологій у дизайн номерів, які наразі стають важливим фактором конкурентоспроможності. Це сприяє покращенню задоволення клієнтів і водночас оптимізації витрат на утримання закладів. У статті наведено детальний аналіз викликів, що супроводжують впровадження технологій. Серед основних проблем показано інтеграцію різноманітних систем, забезпечення захисту персональних даних, сумісність обладнання та відповідність стандартам галузі гостинності. Досліджені технології стають інструментом для побудови безпечного та розумного просторів.
