МЕХАНІЗМИ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ОСОБИСТОЇ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ МЕНЕДЖЕРА В СИСТЕМІ СУЧАСНОГО САМОМЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ В УМОВАХ МІЖНАРОДНОГО БІЗНЕС-СЕРЕДОВИЩА
Анотація
У статті досліджено сучасні механізми підвищення особистої ефективності менеджера в системі самоменеджменту в умовах міжнародного бізнес-середовища. Визначено сутність самоменеджменту та його роль у забезпеченні результативності управлінської діяльності в умовах цифровізації, глобалізації та високого рівня конкуренції. Обґрунтовано значення тайм-менеджменту, самоорганізації, емоційного інтелекту, soft skills, цифрових компетентностей і безперервного професійного розвитку для формування особистої ефективності менеджера. Проаналізовано вплив сучасних тенденцій міжнародного бізнес-середовища, зокрема цифровізації, дистанційної роботи, AI-технологій та міжкультурної взаємодії, на трансформацію управлінської діяльності. Визначено перспективні напрями розвитку сучасного самоменеджменту в умовах міжнародного бізнесу.
