КОНСАЛТИНГОВИЙ СУПРОВІД МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ ПІДПРИЄМНИЦЬКОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ
Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано зростаючу роль та стратегічну необхідність консалтингового супроводу для забезпечення сталого розвитку та конкурентоспроможності суб'єктів малого і середнього підприємництва в сучасних умовах динамічної трансформації та диверсифікації сучасного бізнес-середовища. Визначено основні тренди, що трансформують сучасне бізнес-середовище: інтенсивний розвиток зовнішньоекономічної діяльності, повномасштабне військове вторгнення, стрімка цифровізація, поява нових форм господарювання, таких як віртуальні підприємства та бізнес-моделі у метавсесвіті. Розглянуто можливості та виклики підприємницької діяльності у віртуальних світах, включаючи створення цифрових товарів, організацію подій, маркетинг та питання правового регулювання. Доведено, що консалтинговий супровід менеджменту в сучасних умовах перетворюється на стратегічно необхідний інструмент який дозволяє підприємцям залучати зовнішніх фахівців для вирішення складних завдань, мінімізувати ризики, адаптуватися до нових технологічних реалій та ефективно використовувати ринкові можливості.
