РОЛЬ ІНДУСТРІАЛЬНИХ ПАРКІВ У ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ ЕКОНОМІЧНИХ СИСТЕМ: ТЕОРЕТИЧНИЙ ПІДХІД
Анотація
У дослідженні розглянуто роль індустріальних парків у трансформації економічних систем, акцентуючи на їхньому значенні для повоєнного відновлення України. Проаналізовано ключові теоретичні підходи, серед яких теорія кластерів, яка демонструє, як індустріальні парки сприяють інноваціям, співпраці та зниженню витрат через концентрацію галузей; теорія структурних зрушень, що обґрунтовує перерозподіл ресурсів до продуктивних секторів; та економічна географія, яка пояснює вплив промислової концентрації на регіональний розвиток і зменшення нерівності. Особливу увагу приділено теоріям сталого розвитку та циркулярної економіки, які наголошують на екологічних перевагах індустріальних парків, таких як мінімізація відходів, оптимізація використання ресурсів та інтеграція принципів сталого розвитку. Узагальнено теоретичні основи функціонування індустріальних парків з визначенням сутності концепцій та їх ключових принципів. Виділено перспективи використання індустріальних парків як стратегічного інструменту відновлення економіки України.
