КЛЮЧОВІ ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ ЛАНЦЮГІВ ПОСТАЧАННЯ ПРОМИСЛОВИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ В УМОВАХ КРИЗ І ГЛОБАЛЬНИХ РИЗИКІВ
Анотація
У статті систематизовано та проаналізовано сучасні тенденції трансформації ланцюгів постачання промислових підприємств в умовах кризових явищ і глобальних ризиків. Досліджено вплив штучного інтелекту, автоматизації, геополітичної нестабільності, кіберзагроз, оптимізації витрат, еволюції робочої сили, одночасної підтримки гнучкості й стійкості та циркулярної економіки на розвиток ланцюгів постачання. Визначено ключові напрями підвищення їх гнучкості, стійкості та ефективності, а також обґрунтовано необхідність інтеграції цифрових технологій, диверсифікації постачальників, оптимізації витрат і розвитку людського капіталу для забезпечення конкурентоспроможності промислових підприємств. Встановлено, що найбільший вплив на трансформацію ланцюгів постачання у найближчій перспективі матимуть штучний інтелект, автоматизація, зміни торговельної політики та підвищення гнучкості й стійкості логістичних систем.
