РОЛЬ ПРИВАТНОГО СЕКТОРУ У РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ НАЦІОНАЛЬНИХ СТРАТЕГІЙ ДЕКАРБОНІЗАЦІЇ ТА РОЗВИТКУ ВІДНОВЛЮВАНОЇ ЕНЕРГЕТИКИ: ДОСВІД КРАЇН ПІВНІЧНОЇ ЄВРОПИ
Анотація
Актуальність дослідження зумовлена потребою прискорення декарбонізації економік і розвитку відновлюваної енергетики в умовах глобальних кліматичних та геополітичних викликів, що підвищує роль приватного сектору. Метою статті є дослідження його ролі у впровадженні стратегій декарбонізації та розвитку відновлюваної енергетики в країнах Північної Європи й оцінка взаємодії з державними інституціями. Методологія поєднує методи дескриптивної статистики, порівняльного й структурного аналізу, аналізу динаміки та ESG-індикаторів провідних компаній. Встановлено, що приватний сектор є ключовим джерелом інвестицій та інновацій, а взаємодія держави й бізнесу прискорює декарбонізацію. Доведено, що ESG-звітність підвищує прозорість, сприяє зеленому фінансуванню та інвестиційній стійкості бізнесу. Практична цінність дослідження полягає у можливості використання досвіду країн Північної Європи для формування політики розвитку відновлюваної енергетики та підтримки декарбонізації в Україні.
