ІДЕНТИФІКАЦІЯ, ОЦІНКА ТА МІНІМІЗАЦІЯ РИЗИКІВ НА ВСІХ ЕТАПАХ ЛОГІСТИЧНОГО ПРОЦЕСУ
Анотація
У статті досліджено сучасні підходи до ідентифікації, оцінки та мінімізації ризиків у логістичних процесах в умовах невизначеності та нестабільності зовнішнього середовища. Визначено основні джерела виникнення ризиків на різних етапах логістичного процесу, охарактеризовано особливості їх прояву в системах постачання, транспортування, складування та збуту. Узагальнено сучасні наукові підходи до ризик-менеджменту в логістиці, визначено роль цифрових технологій, інформаційних систем та адаптивних механізмів управління. Обґрунтовано необхідність використання ризик-орієнтованого підходу до управління логістичними процесами. Запропоновано комплексний підхід до діагностики логістичних ризиків на основі інтеграції методів аналізу, оцінки стійкості. Доведено, що ефективна система управління ризиками сприяє підвищенню адаптивності, надійності та конкурентоспроможності логістичних систем.
