КОНЦЕПЦІЯ КОНКУРЕНТНОЇ СТРАТЕГІЇ КОМЕРЦІЙНОГО БАНКУ В УМОВАХ НЕВИЗНАЧЕННОСТІ
Анотація
У статті вирішено актуальне наукове завдання розробки концепції конкурентної стратегії комерційного банку в умовах невизначеності. Обґрунтовано необхідність переходу від інтуїтивного управління до застосування економіко-математичного моделювання. Запропоновано адаптивну блочну модель, яка інтегрує методи кластерного аналізу для ідентифікації груп конкурентів, теорію ігор для оптимізації цінової політики та системну динаміку для сценарного прогнозування. Структура моделі охоплює чотири ключові блоки: динаміку зовнішнього середовища, алгоритми поведінки банку, дії конкурентів та механізм їхньої ринкової взаємодії. Реалізація концепції дозволяє банку визначати оптимальні відсоткові ставки, забезпечуючи максимізацію доходу та фінансову стійкість установи. Практична реалізація запропонованих концептуальних основ конкурентної стратегії надає менеджменту дієвий інструментарій для прийняття обґрунтованих стратегічних рішень в умовах агресивного конкурентного середовища.
