ЕКОНОМІЧНА ДОЦІЛЬНІСТЬ ЦИФРОВІЗАЦІЇ ЗОВНІШНЬОЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ З УРАХУВАННЯМ УПРАВЛІНСЬКОЇ НЕВИЗНАЧЕНОСТІ
Анотація
Метою статті є обґрунтування економічної доцільності цифровізації ЗЕД підприємств з урахуванням управлінської невизначеності. Методика базується на узагальненні функціональних можливостей цифрових систем моніторингу ЗЕД, типологізації рівнів управлінської невизначеності та цифрової зрілості підприємств. Доведено, що економічний ефект цифровізації формується через зниження вартості управлінських помилок і скорочення інформаційних розривів. Запропоновано інтегральний показник та побудовано матрицю зон економічної доцільності, яка дозволяє ідентифікувати межі економічної виправданості цифрових рішень залежно від масштабу і рівня цифрової зрілості. Практична значущість отриманих результатів полягає у можливості використання запропонованого підходу для аналітичної оцінки доцільності цифровізації ЗЕД підприємствами без переходу до рекомендаційного чи алгоритмічного рівня управління.
