РОЛЬ УГОДИ ПРО ДЕРЖАВНІ ЗАКУПІВЛІ (GPA) СОТ У ЄВРОІНТЕГРАЦІЇ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
У статті розкрито значення приєднання України до Угоди про державні закупівлі (GPA) Світової організації торгівлі (СОТ) як важливого інструменту у процесі її європейської інтеграції. Здійснено комплексний аналіз правових, інституційних та економічних змін, що відбулись у результаті впровадження положень GPA в українське законодавство. Окрему увагу приділено трансформації системи публічних закупівель, зокрема впровадженню електронної системи Prozorro як ключового елементу прозорості та ефективності в державних закупівлях. Також окреслено основні виклики, з якими стикається держава на шляху адаптації, включаючи гармонізацію з нормами ЄС, технічне доопрацювання Prozorro, та забезпечення ефективної участі українських компаній у міжнародних тендерах.
