ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ТА СУЧАСНІ ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ УПРАВЛІННЯ БІЗНЕС-ПРОЦЕСАМИ В УМОВАХ ГЛОБАЛІЗАЦІЇ
Анотація
У статті розкрито особливості та сучасні тенденції управління бізнес-процесами в умовах глобалізації. На основі узагальнення наукових підходів доведено, що цифровізація, стратегічна гнучкість і міжкультурна адаптивність формують нову парадигму BPM, зорієнтовану на ефективність, інтеграцію та сталий розвиток. Проведено порівняльний аналіз культурних моделей управління у провідних країнах світу (Японія, США, Південна Корея, Німеччина, Китай), що підтвердив необхідність урахування національного контексту під час впровадження BPM-систем. Систематизовано наукові підходи до BPM у глобальному середовищі та запропоновано науково обґрунтований авторський механізм управління бізнес-процесами, який поєднує технологічну трансформацію, культурну чутливість і ESG-орієнтири. Механізм передбачає шість ключових компонентів і орієнтований на забезпечення адаптивності, стійкості та стратегічної відповідальності підприємств. Обґрунтовано перспективні напрями подальших досліджень, пов’язані з проривними технологіями, міжкультурним порівнянням BPM-моделей та розробкою індикаторів ефективності у глобалізованому бізнес-середовищі.
