ЦИФРОВА ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ: ІНТЕГРАЦІЯ AGILE-ПІДХОДІВ У СИСТЕМУ МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ
Анотація
У статті досліджено особливості цифрової трансформації підприємств у контексті впровадження Agile-підходів у систему їх менеджменту. Обґрунтовано актуальність поєднання цифрових технологій із гнучкими методами управління в умовах динамічного цифрового середовища. Наведено порівняння Agile-методології з іншими підходами до управління підприємствами в процесі їх цифрової трансформації. Наукова новизна полягає у розробці комплексної моделі інтеграції Agile-підходів у менеджмент підприємства, яка адаптована до умов цифрової трансформації. Запропоновано модель передбачає інтеграцію Agile-принципів на стратегічному, тактичному та операційному рівнях управління підприємством, що дозволяє досягти синергії між організаційною структурою, цифровими технологіями та гнучкими методами керування. Дана модель поєднує стратегічне бачення з практичними інструментами реалізації та враховує культурний контекст організації. Запропоновану модель рекомендовано для використання в практиці управління підприємствами в умовах цифрової трансформації.
