DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF ENTERPRISES: INTEGRATION OF AGILE APPROACHES INTO THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the strategic integration of Agile methodologies in the enterprise management system as a fundamental factor of digital transformation. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the conditions of rapid development of digital technologies and unstable business environment, organizations are faced with the need for rapid adaptation, optimization of internal processes and maintenance of competitiveness. The study reasonably emphasizes the limitations of traditional management models in solving modern challenges and justifies the need to use flexible, iterative and customer-oriented approaches, such as Agile. The research method was to study the main approaches to the digital transformation of enterprises, conduct a comparative analysis of the Agile methodology with other approaches and develop a conceptual model of integrating Agile approaches into the enterprise management system. To achieve the goal, the work set the task, in particular, to conduct a comparative analysis of Agile with other approaches to the digital transformation of the enterprise and develop a comprehensive model of integrating Agile approaches into enterprise management in the conditions of digital transformation. In the study, the authors made a comparative analysis of Agile with other transformation methodologies, including Lean, Design Thinking, business process reengineering and corporate architecture. The novelty of this study lies in the development of a targeted and structured approach to the integration of Agile methodology, adapted to the real digital economy. A model for ensuring the integration of Agile principles at the strategic, tactical and operational levels of enterprise management is proposed, which allows achieving synergy between the organizational structure, digital technologies and agile management methods. This model is based on a strategic vision with practical implementation tools and takes into account the cultural context of the organization. The authors emphasize that successful digital transformation requires not only technological progress, but also profound changes in organizational thinking, leadership and structure. The proposed model is recommended for use in the practice of enterprise management in the digital economy.
