ДІДЖИТАЛІЗАЦІЯ БАНКІСЬКОГО ПОСЕРЕДНИЦТВА ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯЯ ЛІКВІДНОСТІ МАЛОГО БІЗНЕСУ
Анотація
У статті досліджено роль банківського фінансового посередництва в умовах діджиталізації та цифрової трансформації малого і середнього підприємництва як ключового інструменту забезпечення їх ліквідності. Проаналізовано вплив цифрових технологій на трансформацію традиційних банківських моделей, зокрема інтеграцію фінтех-рішень, використання штучного інтелекту, блокчейну, хмарних сервісів і відкритого банкінгу. Наведено приклади українських банків (Монобанк, ПриватБанк), які демонструють високу динаміку цифрових змін порівняно з міжнародною практикою. Підкреслено важливість клієнтоорієнтованості, автоматизації та гнучких фінансових рішень для МСП. Зроблено висновок про необхідність активної адаптації банків до цифрових інновацій як стратегічної передумови їхнього подальшого розвитку та забезпечення фінансової стійкості малого бізнесу.
