ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ШТУЧНОГО ІНТЕЛЕКТУ ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТА КАДРОВОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню використання штучного інтелекту (ШІ) на всіх етапах взаємодії співробітника на підприємстві. Актуальність теми пояснюється декількома причинами, а саме: популярності ШІ за останні три роки, проблемами на ринку праці в Україні. Методами дослідження є аналіз та синтез і класифікація та систематизація. Проаналізовано основні види взаємодії з кадрами за допомогою ШІ, а також їх приклади застосування у вже наявних господарствах: індивідуальний план розвитку, залученість і добробут, прогнозування потреб у кадрах, аналіз продуктивності, автоматизація HR-процесів і скорочення штату. Проаналізовано негативні сторони використання технології, а також виклики при застосуванні. Додано рекомендації по застосуванню технології у своє підприємство. Отримані результати допоможуть HR-відділу покращити роботу з персоналом за допомогою інноваційних технологій.
