ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ СИСТЕМИ ГЛОБАЛЬНИХ ФІНАНСОВИХ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙ В КОНТЕКСТІ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ МІЖНАРОДНОЇ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ НАЦІОНАЛЬНИХ ЕКОНОМІК
Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню ролі глобальних фінансових інституцій в умовах фінансово вразливої економіки та визначення перспектив трансформації їх діяльності. Досліджено діяльність Світового банку і МВФ в умовах кризи, викликаної наслідками COVID-19. Проаналізовані поточні проблеми, які накопичились в системі глобальних фінансових організацій та визначено, що діяльність цих інституцій перестала відповідати меті надавати фінансову підтримку, необхідну країнам, що розвиваються, для того щоб повноцінно реалізувати потенціал у зростанні та розвитку. Зроблено висновок, що вирішення проблем глобальної системи міжнародних фінансових організацій носить ситуаційний характер, хоча ініційовано пропозиції формування нових інституцій, альянсів, розробки нових механізмів та інструментів діяльності.
