КОНЦЕПЦІЇ УПРАВЛІННЯ ТА МОДЕЛІ ЛАНЦЮГА ПОСТАЧАННЯ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
В статті розглянуті концепції управління ланцюгом постачання на засадах принципів теорії обмежень, інтегрованого ланцюга постачання, ощадливого виробництва, гнучкого управління, управління відносинами з постачальниками та стратегії категорійного управління ланцюгом постачання. Методом порівняння виокремлено зміст та кінцеву мету управління ланцюгом постачання відповідно до різних теоретичних принципів та концепцій. Систематизовано основні характеристики традиційної, інтегрованої, цифрової, гнучкої, децентралізованої та замкненої моделей ланцюга постачання. Визначено переваги, обмеження, критерії вибору та сфери застосування різних моделей ланцюга постачання підприємства. Зроблено висновок, що ключовим принципом вибору є галузева специфіка технологічних процесів підприємства, унікальність виробництва, можливості та резерви гнучкості й адаптивності бізнес-моделі, масштаб бізнесу, ринок та умови зовнішнього середовища.
