МІЖНАРОДНИЙ ДОСВІД ФОРМУВАННЯ СПРИЯТЛИВОГО ІНСТИТУЦІЙНОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА ДЛЯ ЕФЕКТИВНОГО ЗАПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ЗАСАДНИЧИХ ПРИНЦИПІВ АГРОЕКОЛОГІЇ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена проблематиці формування інституційного середовища, здатного стимулювати імплементацію засадничих принципів агроекології. В ній обґрунтована необхідність екологізації сільськогосподарського виробництва, розкрита значущість дій громадськості та органів державної влади, ефективного поєднання висхідних і низхідних ініціатив для поступового масштабування плідних практик господарювання. Окреслена роль груп громадянського суспільства, визначені пріоритетні напрями їх діяльності. На підставі міжнародного досвіду сформована загальна рамка державної політики сприяння впровадженню ключових засад агроекології, обґрунтовані шляхи її реалізації у розрізі основних складників: політика, орієнтована на споживача; політика, орієнтована на виробника; політика, орієнтована на ринок.
