MANAGING THE FINANCIAL STABILITY OF THE ENTERPRISE
Abstract
Management of financial stability is one of the main elements of financial management of the company and an important prerequisite for stable development of the enterprise as a whole. If the company is financially stable, it has a number of advantages over other companies of the same profile to obtain loans, attract investment, in the selection of contractors and in the selection of qualified personnel. All this indicates the relevance of the issue under investigation. The purpose of the study is to analyze the state of financial stability management at the enterprise LLC "Timber Complex "DANI", to find possible ways to improve the efficiency of financial stability management and provide recommendations for improving and eliminating shortcomings in the financial stability management system. The article analyzes the absolute and relative indicators of financial stability of the enterprise LLC "Timber Complex "DANI" for 2017-2020 and developed recommendations aimed at improving them. A three-component indicator of the type of financial stability of the enterprise was calculated and it was found that the enterprise has a normal type of financial stability, but there is a tendency to deteriorate. The directions of improvement of components of management of financial stability of the enterprise and the basic stages of financial stabilization of the enterprise are offered. An assessment of the effectiveness of measures to restore the financial stability of LLC "Timber Complex "DANI". The results of research can be used in the analysis of the financial condition of industrial enterprises. The policy of managing the financial stability of the enterprise should ensure the stability and solvency of the enterprise both in the short term and in the future. The main purpose of managing the financial stability of the enterprise is to ensure financial security and stability of operation and development of the enterprise in the long run within the allowable level of risk. Full financial stabilization is achieved only when the entity has ensured long-term financial equilibrium in the course of its future economic development, ie created the preconditions for a stable decline in the cost of capital used and a steady increase in its market value. This task requires accelerating the pace of economic development through the introduction of certain adjustments to certain parameters of the financial strategy of the economic entity.
