REENGINEERING AS A MODERN TOOL FOR THE STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF AN EFFECTIVE REHABILITATION SYSTEM FOR MILITARY PERSONNEL
Abstract
In the conditions of a full-scale war unleashed by the Russian aggressor, the issue of the effectiveness of the rehabilitation of injured servicemen is of strategic importance for Ukraine. Preservation of life and health of combatants in today's conditions is an urgent problem, the solution of which requires the active participation of specialists from various fields and areas of activity. After receiving specialized treatment in military hospitals, servicemen need comprehensive rehabilitation using the latest technologies and natural healing resources. As a result of physical injuries, post-traumatic stress disorders and traumatic brain injuries, servicemen returning after active combat operations have problems related to adaptation to civilian life, professional and social activities, and family relationships. The growing number of injured servicemen with physical and psycho-emotional injuries requires the formation of an effective system of medical, physical, psychological rehabilitation and pedagogical measures for the rapid restoration of health, combat readiness and social adaptation. It should be noted that during active hostilities, the duration of the treatment processes and restoration of combat readiness of servicemen plays an important role. Therefore, the issue of treatment and rehabilitation of combatants with modern combat injuries is relevant and requires a systematic comprehensive approach, the use of the latest technologies, natural medical resources and the creation of an appropriate infrastructure. A comprehensive approach to the rehabilitation of combatants in sanatorium-resort facilities consists of implemented systems based on the use of the latest medical, physical and psychological technologies, as well as an expanded range of social services, to restore functional activity lost as a result of injuries. Reengineering the rehabilitation system for military personnel is aimed at restructuring key processes of treatment and recovery, creating an effective comprehensive system of medical, physical and psychological health restoration of combatants and social adaptation to full-fledged civilian life and professional activity.
