СТРАТЕГІЯ УПРАВЛІННЯ ЕКОСИСТЕМНИМИ ПОСЛУГАМИ ЯК ІНДИКАТОР ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
У статті досліджено роль екосистемних послуг у забезпеченні економічної безпеки підприємства в умовах зростання екологічних ризиків і ресурсних обмежень. Обґрунтовано доцільність інтеграції екосистемних факторів у систему стратегічного управління та ESG-менеджменту. Проаналізовано сучасні підходи до оцінки екосистемних послуг і визначено їх вплив на стійкість бізнес-моделей. Запропоновано методичний підхід до формування стратегії управління екосистемними послугами на основі оцінки ресурсної стійкості, екологічної ефективності та соціальної стабільності. Розроблено інтегральний показник економічної безпеки підприємства. Доведено, що системне врахування екосистемних параметрів дозволяє знизити рівень ризиків, підвищити адаптивність підприємства та посилити його довгострокову конкурентоспроможність.
