MECHANISM FOR FORMING AN EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF COMPETITIVE STRATEGIES OF ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF CLUSTER INTERACTION AND INNOVATION ACTIVITY
Abstract
The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for developing an effective management system of enterprise competitive strategies in the context of innovation activity and cluster interaction. The necessity of integrating strategic, innovative, and cluster-based approaches as a basis for improving management effectiveness and forming sustainable competitive advantages is substantiated. It is established that traditional models of strategic management do not ensure sufficient adaptability under conditions of uncertainty, technological change, and intensifying competition, which requires integrated management solutions. The study proves that innovation activity is a key factor in ensuring enterprise competitiveness, as it contributes to the modernization of technologies, products, business processes, and organizational management models. Cluster interaction is considered as an effective tool for strengthening cooperation between enterprises, scientific institutions, public authorities, and other stakeholders, promoting the exchange of knowledge, technologies, and resources, and creating a synergistic effect. A mechanism for developing an effective management system of enterprise competitive strategies is proposed, based on the integration of strategic planning, innovation development, and cluster interaction. It is proven that the main characteristics of the mechanism are cyclicity, adaptability, and integrative orientation, which ensure the flexibility of the management system and its ability to respond to external changes. The tools for developing an effective management system are systematized, covering analytical, strategic, innovative, and organizational aspects of management activity. It is substantiated that their comprehensive application contributes to improving the validity of managerial decisions, the efficiency of resource utilization, the activation of innovation activity, and the strengthening of enterprise competitive positions. Prospective directions for improving the management system in Ukraine include digital forms of cluster interaction, innovation ecosystems, institutional support, and knowledge management.
