PRODUCTION CAPACITY MANAGEMENT IS AN IMPORTANT TOOL FOR INCREASING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the management of productive capacity of the enterprise as one of the main elements in the development of the enterprise. It is noted that the management of the productive capacity of the enterprise is the most effective direction to improve the production activities of the enterprise and the formation of its competitiveness. The focus is on the main functions and characteristics of the management of productive capacity. It is pointed out that the productive capacity is of great importance for increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise, so it requires the solution of the structure of productive capacity. The main components of the productive capacity of the enterprise are considered, it is proposed to focus on the environmental and energy elements as weighty components of productive capacity. The article also noted the need and importance of reliable assessment of productive capacity, stressing that scientific research on the issue of assessing the potential is covered from different angles. It is pointed out that the communication process with consumers is important for the effective management of the productive capacity of the enterprise. Today's world is too fluid and places demands not only on organizations, but also on consumers. Recently, the function of the consumer has acquired a significant transformation, the consumer is not a simple user of services, and has acquired the role of a direct participant in the production process, this change is mainly conditioned by the ability to find information, self-learning, self-organization and sharing experiences. In this regard, the importance of using innovative management methods, in particular crowdsourcing as a modern tool for managing the productive capacity of the enterprise was noted. The emphasis is placed on the fact that crowdsourcing is the use of individual and collective experience and the potential of consumers. It is marked that in the field of management it is advisable to categorize crowdsourcing into the following categories: by type of activity, by sphere of life, and by type of tasks to be solved. Based on the analysis of scientific research, a general scheme for the implementation of crowdsourcing is constructed. A number of advantages and disadvantages of crowdsourcing are investigated.
