ORGANIZATIONAL ASPECTS OF INVESTMENT SUPPORT FOR AGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS
Abstract
In the article, the essence of organizational aspects as an institutional basis for investment provision to agricultural producers is examined, in particular their role in forming an effective structure of investment management. These aspects form the structural framework on which the entire process of investment management is built. The aim of the article is to carry out theoretical research on the organizational aspects of investment provision for agricultural producers, taking into account the sectoral peculiarities of agricultural production, and to justify ways of improving their efficiency in conditions of martial law and post‑war recovery of the Ukrainian economy. It has been found that organizational mechanisms remain insufficiently coordinated. There are gaps between existing institutional frameworks and the real needs of agricultural producers. Small and medium‑sized enterprises have limited access to long‑term and stable sources of financing, and risk‑management tools are also insufficiently used. The use of hierarchical, network, institutional, and resource‑dependence approaches is justified. Together, these approaches make it possible to model the institutional structure, interaction among stakeholders, and mechanisms of investment flow management in the agricultural sector in theoretical terms. In the study, a complex set of general scientific and special methods was used: the dialectical method of scientific cognition, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, abstraction, generalization, and the systemic approach. The components of organizational aspects have been generalized through the normative‑legal, staffing‑organizational, scientific‑innovation, financial, and information‑marketing blocks, which together determine the effectiveness of planning, distribution, and control of investment resources. Directions for improving the organizational aspects are proposed, in particular the development of a more stable, transparent, and effective integrated model of the organizational aspects of investment support for agricultural producers as a holistic institutional mechanism.
