ANALYTICAL SUPPORT OF THE ECONOMIC VIABILITY OF AN ENTERPRISE IN THE CONDITIONS OF A WAR ECONOMY AND GLOBAL RISKS

Abstract

The article presents a comprehensive study of the theoretical and practical aspects of analytical support for the economic life of enterprises in the conditions of a war economy and global risks. It is substantiated that the modern environment of the functioning of business entities is characterized by an extremely high level of uncertainty, dynamic changes, and a significant increase in the number of crisis phenomena, which necessitates the fundamental improvement of the management system based on high-quality analytical support, predictive modeling, and deep digital transformation. Key groups of factors influencing the activities of enterprises have been identified and categorized, including military and geopolitical, macroeconomic, institutional, technological, and internal factors. Modern approaches to anti-crisis management have been analyzed in detail, and the main instruments of managerial influence, including strategic, financial, organizational, investment, and marketing ones, have been systematized. Particular attention is paid to the role of flexible management approaches, comprehensive scenario planning, continuous risk monitoring, and strategic diversification of activities in ensuring the long-term sustainability of enterprises. The impact of martial law on the functioning of enterprises in Ukraine was studied, in particular, the main challenges associated with the disruption of logistics chains, business relocation, reduction in production volumes, and radical changes in sales markets were identified. The importance of business social responsibility, interaction with government agencies, and international organizations in the process of adapting enterprises to crisis conditions is revealed. The study emphasizes the necessity of developing a resilient institutional framework and implementing innovative data analytics to enhance corporate governance and ensure long-term stability during the complex process of post-war reconstruction and global economic volatility. Furthermore, the role of international investment and alignment with global standards of transparency and reporting is highlighted as a priority for recovery.
