STRATEGIC IMPERATIVES FOR FORMING AN ORGANISATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM FOR ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The article is devoted to identifying the strategic imperatives for forming an organisational and economic mechanism for enterprise development. It is argued that the main task in forming such a mechanism is the effective management of the enterprise's resource capacity in response to changes in the external and internal environment. Based on the identification of problematic aspects of the development of modern enterprises in the current conditions, the main directions for solving the problems of business development in an unstable environment were formed. It has been established that, despite the significant prospects for the development of strategic imperatives for the formation of an organisational and economic mechanism for enterprise development, there are certain obstacles for Ukraine related to both the security situation in the country and protracted economic instability. The strategic imperatives of the external and internal environment of enterprise functioning have been identified, which has made it possible to determine that external imperatives shape the conditions for the manifestation of business resource capabilities, while internal imperatives shape the resource potential of business. Ensuring effective operational activities by reducing costs, shortening production cycles, managing the quality and reliability of equipment, which will ensure the stability of production processes in the long term. It has been determined that the implementation of digital solutions is not possible without the introduction of innovations carried out by both enterprises and various educational and scientific institutions. Given the unfavourable business conditions for Ukrainian enterprises due to the economic and security crisis, it is flexibility that allows enterprises to respond to changes in the external environment in a timely manner with minimal losses of all types of resources. An algorithm is proposed for determining the strategic imperatives of enterprise development based on the study of information about the state of the external environment and the internal capabilities of the enterprise, which makes it possible to more effectively take into account strengths and weaknesses.
