MODELING OF THE PROCESS MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCTIVITY OPERATIONAL SYSTEM OF THE ENTERPRISE
Abstract
Modern enterprises operate in a dynamic external environment, where their success directly depends on the effectiveness of operational activity management and its productivity. It is worth noting that traditional approaches to the organization of the management system often turn out to be insufficient due to the lack of a comprehensive vision of the relationships between the elements of operational activity. Accordingly, modeling the process of managing the productivity of the enterprise’s operational activities allows you to visualize the relationships between resources, transformation processes and activity results, identify bottlenecks and predict the consequences of management decisions. The purpose of the article is to reveal the essence of operating system performance management and to determine the key stages and directions of its improvement based on complex modeling of the enterprise’s operational activity. In the process of conducting the research, methods based on the use of system approach, analysis and synthesis, structural and logical modeling and visualization were used for a visual presentation model of the management productivity of the enterprise's operational activities. The article reveals the essence of operational management and the operating system as an open system that transforms input resources into finished products. Productivity is defined as the ratio of the market value of outputs to the value inputs. The organization of the productivity management system of the enterprise’s operational activity is analyzed, which integrates strategic goals, operational management, resources and transformation processes into a single productive mechanism of operational activity to form their optimal relationship. A model of productivity management of the enterprise’s operational system is proposed, which provides a systematic approach to productivity management and creates a methodological basis for increasing the efficiency of production in the conditions of a dynamic external environment and ensures its strategic and effective development.
