ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE FINANCIAL MARKET
Abstract
The article is devoted to the current trends in the development of digitalization and the application of artificial intelligence technologies in the financial market. The purpose of the study is to analyze the directions of application of artificial intelligence in the financial market of Ukraine, in particular in the banking sector, to highlight the advantages and threats of these trends, taking into account the war factor and the global trend towards the expansion of digitalization processes, both in the global and national economy. It has been established that financial technologies, in particular the introduction of artificial intelligence into the activities of financial institutions, are one of the important modern drivers of innovative changes and significant transformations that are fundamentally changing the financial sector, even in conditions of war. Technological changes associated with the use of artificial intelligence systems will become a trigger for economic growth during the period of intensive recovery of Ukraine. It is proven that modern technologies using advanced artificial intelligence systems, collection and analysis of big data (Big Data), machine learning, and the use of automated financial services will radically change the structure of financial markets in the near future, as well as the established relations and principles of interaction between entities within the framework of the integrated functioning of the constituent elements of the financial market. The main areas of application of artificial intelligence technologies in the banking sector of Ukraine are highlighted, in particular, this concerns scoring, the use of self-service cash registers and more modern new generation ATMs. The study showed that the digitalization of the economy has led to the rapid development of new forms of financial activity: digital banking, the emergence of new financial products, in particular electronic money, digital payment systems, digital currencies, etc. The focus is on the further transition to online tools for providing financial services through mobile applications, financial platforms and Internet banking. The focus is on the potential of using artificial intelligence technologies in forming a strategy for ensuring proper financial stability and improving the financial regulation tools in Ukraine to improve the work and efficiency of the constituent elements of the financial market.
