ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM FOR INTEGRATING THE PRINCIPLES OF THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY INTO THE ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract

The effectiveness of modern enterprises is largely determined by their ability to combine economic interests with classical approaches to management and the requirements of the modern business environment, in particular with regard to environmental responsibility and social justice. In this regard, there is a growing need to develop effective organizational and economic mechanisms for integrating the principles of the circular economy into the enterprise management system. The purpose of the article is to identify key aspects of the organizational and economic mechanism for integrating circular economy principles and to form a theoretical basis for their practical application. The article examines the theoretical and applied aspects of implementing circular approaches in the management practices of enterprises, taking into account the limited nature of natural resources, the growing environmental burden, and the increased level of instability in the external environment, particularly in the context of military challenges and transformational changes in the economy. The limitations of linear production-consumption models are revealed and the advantages of the circular economy as an alternative model for organizing business processes are substantiated. This model is based on the 9R principles and is focused on the rational use of resources, extending the life cycle of products, minimizing waste, and stimulating innovation. Particular attention is paid to substantiating the structure and content of the organizational and economic mechanism for integrating circular economy principles into the enterprise management system. Its key elements and the interconnection between organizational and economic components that ensure the systematic and economically sound implementation of circular solutions are identified. A structural and functional model of the mechanism is proposed, aimed at achieving socially and environmentally responsible goals, increasing the competitiveness, sustainability, and adaptability of enterprises, as well as ensuring their long-term development during periods of crisis transformation and post-war economic recovery.
