STRUCTURAL MODEL OF CLASS IFICATION OF MAIN BUSINESS PROCESSES OF AN ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article is devoted to current views on the classification of business processes. The article considers theoretical and scientific and methodological provisions and develops practical recommendations on the structuring of basic business processes for management, in order to choose the optimal methods of its implementation, taking into account the state and trends of economic development. It is studied that one of the most priority tools for this is the process approach, the concept of which allows orienting the activities of the enterprise to consumer requests, improving product quality, optimally using available resources and remaining competitive. A generalization of scientific interpretations of the category of business process is carried out. A comparison of the main points of view on the composition of the basic business processes of the enterprise is carried out. The basic directions of the classification of business processes by functional purpose are identified. It is determined that the classification of business processes into basic, auxiliary and management is considered standard. Based on it, any enterprise can create an individual structure of its business processes. Management tasks in the field of business process management involve the formation of a system of main and auxiliary business processes, the definition of their functions and relationships, the standardization of the content and sequence of operations, ensuring interaction and efficiency control. The importance of business processes as an integrating management category that combines key management categories and ensures the effective use of resources, coordination of goals and increased competitiveness of the enterprise is substantiated. The authors determined that business processes contribute to the optimal use of resources, the formation of consumer value and the growth of competitiveness. The implementation of the process approach involves reorientation based on best practices for improving the business processes of the enterprise's organizational system to managing results, the totality of which ensures increased efficiency of the management system and competitiveness of the enterprise and is a priority in modern conditions of a dynamic market environment and fierce competition.
