ORGANISATIONAL AND ECONOMIC FRAMEWORK FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES IN FIC UNDER CONDITIONS OF UNCERTAINTY

Abstract

This article examines organisational and economic support for the development of business processes in financial-industrial companies under conditions of uncertainty. The relevance of the topic is driven by the growing instability of the external environment, increasing market turbulence, structural economic transformations and the need for financial-industrial companies to ensure sustainable development through continuous adaptation and transformation of their business processes. Under such conditions, the effectiveness of managerial decisions largely depends on the quality of organisational and economic mechanisms that provide coordination, flexibility and long-term stability of corporate systems. The purpose of this study is to substantiate theoretical and applied foundations and to develop an integrated approach to enhancing organisational and economic support for the development of business processes in financial-industrial companies in an uncertain environment. The research methodology is based on system analysis, structural-functional analysis, modelling, scenario analysis and the analytic hierarchy process. These methods enabled the identification of key sources of uncertainty, the revelation of the internal environment's role in shaping subjective assessments of uncertainty, and the determination of priority directions for transforming business processes at various levels of the corporate structure. As a result, a conceptual model of the interaction between the main elements of uncertainty was developed, a matrix for organisational and economic decision-making was substantiated, and a comprehensive methodological framework for implementing a combined vector of business process development was proposed. Using the analytic hierarchy process, the most effective combination of improvement measures was identified, ensuring increased adaptability, operational flexibility and economic sustainability of financial-industrial companies. The practical value of the study lies in the application of the proposed models, matrices and methodological tools in the activities of financial-industrial companies to improve managerial decision-making, enhance resilience to uncertainty, strengthen competitive positions and ensure sustainable long-term development.
