FEATURES OF FORMING AN INNOVATIVE STRATEGY FOR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY: THEORETICAL DETERMINANTS AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS
Abstract
One of the key characteristics of the digital economy is its ability to generate significant amounts of data, which, in turn, become the object of analysis using Data Mining and Big Data Analytics methods. These analytical processes allow you to identify hidden patterns, predict trends and optimize business processes. An important aspect of the development of the digital economy is the formation of a favorable regulatory environment. It is necessary to create clear legal norms that would regulate issues of e-commerce, personal data protection, cybersecurity and intellectual property. The effectiveness of the digital transformation of the management of the development of the national economy depends on a balanced combination and achievement of a synergistic effect of state regulation and market relations. The state must ensure security and control, and the market must ensure competition and freedom to make appropriate decisions in the field of digitalization. This will create a sustainable and competitive economy capable of adapting to the challenges of the digital age. The transformation of these processes based on digital technologies, in particular the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning, allows for more accurate analysis of statistical data sets, predict market trends and optimize strategies for the development of the national economy as a whole. In the context of management, digitalization involves the integration of CRM systems to improve interaction with customers, ERP systems to automate business processes and SCM systems to optimize supply chains. These systems provide centralized access to information, increase the transparency of processes and contribute to making informed management decisions. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the ranking positions of the world's countries according to the international Network Readiness Index, a comprehensive analysis of the ranking positions of the world's countries according to the international ICT Development Index, and analyzes the features of the formation of an innovative strategy for the digital transformation of the national economy.
