THE ESSENCE AND TASKS OF MANAGEMENT OF SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The purpose of the work is to determine the essence and tasks of the management of social infrastructure of the enterprise. The article is devoted to clarifying the essence of the social infrastructure of the enterprise and defining its tasks. Research was conducted on general methodological approaches of economic science, in particular, systematization, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, generalization. The scientific novelty of the work is to expand the theoretical foundations of management. Researches were conducted and for the first time approaches were formed to interprete the concept of social infrastructure, including structural and processual. The main features of the concept are defined, namely: social infrastructure consists of a set of elements of the material environment of the enterprise; it is aimed at improving the working conditions of employees, the development of their personal and professional qualities; it can meet personal and professional needs through the provision of services. The author's interpretation of the concept of "social infrastructure of the enterprise" is provided, in particular, it is suggested to consider it as a set of elements, objects, units, whose activities are aimed at reproducing the workforce, improving working conditions of employees and meeting their personal and professional needs. Conceptual differences between social management and management of social infrastructure of the enterprise are determined. The author's interpretation of social infrastructure management as a functional direction of management is formed. The main tasks of the social infrastructure management of the enterprise are defined. The process of managing the social infrastructure of the enterprise is considered as a set of successive stages, interconnected and aimed at improving working conditions and building a coherent system of elements that will provide employees with opportunities for personal development and meet their needs. Thus, the result of the study was the definition of approaches to the interpretation of the concept of social infrastructure, features of the concept and its author's interpretation.
