MANAGED PROGRESSIVE DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES AS A VECTOR OF INTEGRATION INTO THE GLOBAL ECONOMY

Abstract

The article analyses the opinions of scientists on the managed advanced direction of development of modern industrial enterprises and emphasises the justified need for integration into the European economy and, if possible, into the world economy. The liberal growth vector indicates an economically and socially progressive outlook on the transformation of production processes for the purpose of adaptation and increasing the competitiveness of industrial enterprises. It is noted that significant progress with relatively rapid serious results is possible only under conditions of rationally managed economically verified production activities. The effective long-term experience of leading progressive countries has been used, which practically confirms the relevance of implementing innovations into an effective production process. A number of general theoretical plans have been identified, which need to be correctly implemented into the system of progressive enterprise development, based on the peculiarities of management approaches in the industrial sector of the country’s economy. It has been clarified that an effective system of modern development management includes a set of closely interconnected elements that together ensure its integrity and interaction with the external socio-economic environment. The primary functions of progressive development of industrial enterprises have been determined, such as: erudition and knowledge exchange, consulting and auxiliary specialized activities, networking and mediation with practical possibility to manage internal conflicts, addressing mutual problems, expanded access to natural and financial resources, development of the enterprise’s own potential, recourse to state support, socially necessary innovations, and strengthening motivation for growth processes in industrial enterprises. Priority forms and methods for ensuring implementation in the innovative development of the industrial sector have been identified and applied. Stimulating support for innovative development is proposed to be implemented with maximum use of digital pioneering platforms that encourage an increase in the level of inclusivity ofindustrial innovations, contributing to increased investment in original projects.
