MODERN CONCEPT OF ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION IN THE SYSTEM OF GLOBAL MANAGEMENT OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT AND CHANGES IN ACTIVITY
Abstract
In conditionals of dynamic changes, martial law and constant uncertainty, administrative management is undergoing various transformations, which are determined by the influence of directions of development of the organization, global trends and their own vision of strategic alternatives and changes in activity. Accordingly, the modernized concept of administrative management should form a holistic complex of development of the management system and adapt it to external and internal influences, which determines the relevance of the chosen research topic. The purpose of the article is to analyze the modern concept of administrative management in the conditions of globalization, digitalization and economic changes, as well as to study the impact of global factors on management processes that contribute to improving the efficiency of organizations and their adaptation to new challenges and opportunities. In the process of the research, general scientific and special methods of cognition were used, among which it is worth noting: analysis and synthesis for determining the components of modern administrative management of the organization in the system of global management of strategic development and changes in activity; Modeling method - for the formation of directions of optimization of administrative practices of administrative management in the system of global management of strategic development and changes in activity. The article examines the current aspects of the development of administrative management of the organization in the context of global transformations. The main factors of formation are determined and the directions of optimization of the modern concept of administrative management of the organization in the system of global management of strategic development and changes in activity are determined. In addition, recommendations for the introduction of modern management tools aimed at enhancing the transparency, adaptability and effectiveness of organizations in the strategic aspect are proposed. The results of the research should be applied to the strategic management of the administrative management system, taking into account the global development processes and changes in the activity of the organization in the current external environment. The prospects for further research are to form an adaptive system of administrative management of an organization based on more flexible management models, focused on innovation and rapid reaction to changes, and the organizations themselves must, in parallel, effectively predict global challenges and develop on them the correct strategic decisions and facilities.
