SYSTEMATIZATION OF FACTORS FOR CHOOSING MANAGEMENT MODELS OF ENTREPRENEURIAL STRUCTURES IN CONDITIONS OF MULTI-VECTOR UNCERTAINTY

Abstract

The complexity of the contemporary business environment necessitates a systematic analysis of influencing factors and the development of innovative approaches to managing entrepreneurial structures. The research aims to systematize the key factors that influence the selection of management models in entrepreneurial structures under conditions of multivector business environment uncertainty. The study identifies six groups of influencing factors: economic, social, technological, institutional-regulatory, political and security, and environmental. A comparative analysis of approaches by leading international organizations (UN, OECD, World Bank, ILO) to determining key factors affecting entrepreneurial structures under uncertainty revealed common priorities: digital transformation, supply chain strengthening, and sustainable development. Drawing from the identified limitations, a five-stage algorithm for selecting an optimal management model was developed, which integrates elements from various management schools while considering the specifics of individual business entities. First, their functional narrowness: each school tends to emphasize a specific dimension of management while neglecting other equally important aspects. Second, the static nature of their approaches, as most concepts were originally designed for relatively stable conditions and demonstrate low adaptability to turbulence and uncertainty. Third, their insufficient integrative capacity, since schools are often considered as alternative rather than complementary frameworks. Finally, a weak consideration of context, where universal prescriptions fail to adequately account for industry-specific characteristics and the uniqueness of individual enterprises. The findings underline the necessity of moving toward hybrid, flexible, and context-sensitive models of management, capable of combining traditional principles with innovative digital tools to enhance resilience and competitiveness of business structures. The practical significance of the study lies in offering methodological foundations for constructing such integrated models, which may serve as a basis for managerial decision-making in volatile and rapidly changing environments.
