STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND SAFETY OF AGRI -FOOD SPHERE

Abstract

The trends and features of the development of the agri-food sphere as a system of strategic management it has been analyzed. It has been noted that the key problems that have covered the agri-food sphere are martial law, environmental changes, labor deficits and rapid globalization changes. It has been noted that the agri-food sphere is related to the development of the social sphere, the formation of the agricultural continuum and the philosophy of the existence of mankind in general. It has been shown that despite the effects of a full-scale invasion, the agri-food sphere in a full-scale invasion has demonstrated the proper ability to produce agricultural raw materials and supply food to domestic and foreign markets. Practical examples of investment projects are given through state support in the branch of sheep and berries. It has been noted that it is necessary to bring their own legislation in line with the common agrarian policy (SAP) of the EU, but taking into account national features. It has been established that in the context of sustainable development, the production of agri-food products should be environmentally safe and at the same time ensure economic efficiency of management. It is emphasized that maintaining the sustainability of the agri-food sphere involves increasing its ability to prevent risks, adapt to them and transform. The basic innovations and digitalization of business processes that modernize the current state of the agri-food sphere are considered. It has been noted that an important feature of the sustainability of the agri-food sphere is the development of integration inter-sectoral relationships. These can be clusters, strategic alliances and different types of agri-food cooperation. It is noted that among the main mechanisms of strategic management of sustainable development is also the stimulation of production of high quality products, support of national producers, development of infrastructure and markets, as well as adaptation to international requirements of global trade. The results of the study can be used to develop management decisions to ensure sustainable development and safety of the agri-food sphere.
